Walls :

  • All internal & external walls will be 5’’ thick with 1st class bricks as per architectural Drawing,
  • Wall surface will be finished with smooth plaster and plastic paint.

Paint :

  • Plastic paint in all internal walls and ceilings (Burger/Elite/Asian/equivalent),
  • French polish in door frames and shutters,
  • All grill, railing and metallic surfaces will be painted with enamel paint (Burger/Elite/Asian/equivalent),

  • Plastic Emulsion paint in all internal walls and ceilings (Burger/Elite/Asian/equivalent).

Lift:

  • International Standard lift (Sony/ Otis / Mitsubishi /LG-Sigma original south Korean or Equivalent of Six (6) passengers Capacity with adequate lighting.
  • Fast & reliable service to residents on all floors & emergency intercom phone set system.

Utility Connection:

  • Each apartment will have independent Electric Meter.
  • Water supply connection from WASA will be sufficient as per total calculated consumption.
  • Gas connection line from TITAS distribution system as per total calculated consumption.Adequate safety measure will be in-corporate to individual double burner gas connection.
  • Electric supply will be aprox 220v / 440v from the authorized source DESCO.
  • Sewarage system is planned for long time requirement.

Electrical:

  • Best quality fire proof wires (BRB/Paradise/Singer/equivalent),
  • Best Quality (MK or Equivalent) electrical switches and Sockets.
  • Separate electric distribution box for each Apartment,
  • All power outlets with earth connection,
  • Telephone Sockets in Master Bed and living room,
  • Concealed intercom line at suitable place.,
  • Concealed satellite TV Cable in the living,
  • Provision for A/C in master bed.
  • One light point at each bath room and kitchen.

Generator:

  • One residential standby Generator will be provided (F.G willson / fuzian /UK or equivalent),
  • Generator will serve lift, water pump, stairs, community room & all emergency points in case of power failure.

  • Car parking will be reserved, covered, protected and secured in ground floor with comfortable and wide drive way.
  • Safety grill will be provide between the boundary wall of RCC pillar all around and the building complex gap.
  • Parapet wall of adequate height in rooftop.
  • Water pumps of adequate capacity / standby.
  • Emergency power supply through generator for lighting in common space, stair, lift and two light point & two fan points in each apartment.
