Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team effectively
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
  • Handle property sales, client meetings, and negotiations
  • Prepare sales reports and market analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in real estate sales
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
