Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team effectively
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Handle property sales, client meetings, and negotiations
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in real estate sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
